Marshall have revealed a new scheme put in place to help protect the future of live music and support venues across the world during difficult times.

The project is called ‘Amplify’, and this is how it works. For every purchase made on marshall.com by members who have signed up – so that’s amps, speakers, drums, headphones and everything inbetween – they are committed to putting forward 1% to help local music communities. And they are starting with independent venues, the musical hub of many towns and cities, that are in danger of closure due to rising costs.

Amplify is free to join for absolutely anyone and everyone, and will also offer up benefits such as early access,
free shipping, and priority support. So you can get some gear and help keep the venues in your hometown functioning. It’s good for you, for the bands you love and the bands that are about to break through.

Marshall CEO Jeremy de Maillard, had this to say about the initiative, stating, “For over 60 years, Marshall amplified live music, from local independent venues to the world’s biggest stages. Small venues are where the next generation of musicians turn first-time listeners into lifelong fans. Through Amplify, Marshall is building a long-term model to support the future of live music.”

Whilst CMO Nick Street had this to add, saying, “Independent venues aren’t just part of music history – they’re where the future is written. Amplify is how we connect our community more closely to that future. As Marshall grows, grassroots music will grow with us.”

The scheme launches on March 03, and you can find everything that you need to know right here.
